This policy explains how Bridle OS Inc. (“BridleOS,” “we”) handles personal information collected through bridleos.ai. How the BridleOS product handles dealership and customer data is governed by each customer's agreement and described on our Security page.
What we collect
When you request a demo we collect your name, work email, optional mobile number, dealership name, role, monthly unit volume, province or state, and any message you write.
We use PostHog analytics to understand how the site is used, such as pages viewed, buttons clicked and the figures entered in the ROI calculator. PostHog stores an identifier in cookies and local storage in your browser.
How we use it
We use demo-request details to reply to you, arrange and run demos, and discuss the design-partner program.
We use analytics to learn which parts of the site are useful and to improve them.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use information collected on this site to train AI models.
Service providers
Demo requests are delivered to our team by email through Resend. Site analytics are processed by PostHog. The site is hosted on Netlify. These providers may process data outside Canada, including in the United States.
Consent and your choices
By submitting the demo form you consent to being contacted about BridleOS. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying to any message or emailing hello@bridleos.ai, in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. The site keeps working.
Access, correction and deletion
Under PIPEDA and applicable provincial law you may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@bridleos.ai and we will respond within 30 days.
Retention and security
We keep demo-request information only as long as we need it to follow up and for our business records, then delete it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the site and company change. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
