Speed-to-Lead Benchmark
Same lead. Same 2:14 AM. Two very different mornings.
A buyer texts about a 2023 Nissan Qashqai at 2:14 AM. Watch the same lead land at a traditional BDC and on BridleOS.ai.

Average first-response time
BridleOS.ai
Time to a qualified appointment
Traditional BDC: first reply after 18 hours 42 minutes, and the lead is lost. BridleOS.ai: the lead is qualified and a test drive booked in under 6.8 seconds.
The Platform
Every conversation handled. Every exception escalated.
Four dealership workflows run on one governed core. Choose one to see what BridleOS handles on its own, and where it hands off to your team.
Every lead answered in seconds. Every one of them, every hour.
BridleOS replies on SMS, email, web chat and voice intake the moment a lead lands — qualifies budget, trade and timing, books the appointment, and hands a scored summary to your salesperson.
- Instant response across SMS, email, web chat and voice intake — 24/7, including after-hours and weekends
- Qualification script you control: budget, trade-in, financing status, timeline
- Appointment booked directly into your CRM calendar with a confirmation to the customer
- Lead score and full transcript delivered to the assigned rep before the handoff

Pricing, financing terms and trade values are never quoted without GM-approved rules.

How it works
One AI. Every channel. Total operational control.
- Step 1
Connect
Point BridleOS at your inventory feed, CRM and inbox. Nothing is re-keyed. Setup is measured in hours, not weeks.
- Step 2
Govern
Set the rules once: what the AI may say, what it must escalate, and who approves. Every rule is versioned and auditable.
- Step 3
Automate
Leads, service bookings, VIN matches and follow-ups run 24/7 inside those rules. Humans see a queue, not an inbox.
- Step 4
Measure
Response time, contact rate, appointments set, hours saved — on one GM dashboard, with every number traceable to a logged event.
The Agent Ecosystem
Specialist agents for every department. One governance layer over all of them.
Five agent teams carry dealership work from first contact to delivery and back to the service bay. Each one drafts, checks and hands off inside the rules you set, and every step that commits money or a promise waits for a person.
Autonomous Lead Triage & Voice Ingest
Every inquiry — text, email, web chat, marketplace reply or phone call — lands in one intake router that identifies the customer, checks consent and drafts the right response in seconds, around the clock.
- Calls and voicemails transcribed into the same queue as SMS, email, web chat and marketplace replies
- Consent and anti-spam checks run before a single reply is drafted
- Customers can type or say “human” at any point and a person takes over
- A full handoff packet — transcript, intent and vehicle of interest — reaches a person within 60 seconds

Predictive Floorplan & Margin Optimization
Flush aging units before the floorplan interest bites.
Every unit's days in stock are tracked against your floorplan's 30, 60 and 90-day escalations. Before a unit crosses into the next cost tier, BridleOS launches a campaign to move it, and anything heading for wholesale goes to the GM.
Simulated inventory moving through 30, 60 and 90-day floorplan tiers. Units approaching a step-up get a price-step campaign, and units past day 60 go to the GM for a wholesale review.
Simulated inventory. The cost tiers follow a typical floorplan schedule; your lender's terms set the real ones.

Enterprise Security & Compliance Guardrails
Built for the rules dealerships actually live under.
A dealership AI handles credit applications, VINs, phone numbers and trade values. BridleOS is designed so that none of it leaks, nothing is invented, and a human can always say no.
Privacy-law aligned
Designed to support PIPEDA and provincial privacy obligations for Canadian dealers, and the FTC Safeguards Rule for US rooftops. Customer data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Built inSOC 2 Type II
Controls are being implemented against the SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria. Audit report available to customers on completion.
In progressCanadian data residency
Customer and inventory data stored in Canadian cloud regions by default. No model training on your dealership's data.
Built inHuman-in-the-loop by default
Any message that touches price, financing, trade value or a legal commitment is drafted first and released only on GM or manager approval.
Built inZero-hallucination grounding
Vehicle, pricing and policy answers are restricted to your own records. If the answer isn't in the data, the AI says it doesn't know and escalates.
Built inFull audit trail
Every inbound message, AI draft, approval, edit and send is logged with a timestamp and actor. Exportable for compliance review.
Built in
Proprietary IP & Security
Your data, your rules, your record.
Proprietary Data Isolation
Your dealership's inventory data, customer leads, and margin rules are isolated within private enterprise containers and never used to train public LLM models.
Immutable Human-in-the-Loop Audit Logs
Every autonomous action generates a time-stamped, manager-auditable trail. Entries are append-only and chained, so an edited or deleted record shows up on review.
Deterministic compliance guardrails: rules are evaluated before anything is sent, not left to model judgement. Designed to support CASL, PIPEDA and the FTC Safeguards Rule. SOC 2 controls are in progress.
What the AI will never do
- Quote a price, payment or APR outside GM-approved rules
- Describe a vehicle that isn't in your inventory table
- Make a promise about financing approval
- Contact a customer who has opted out
- Delete or alter a logged conversation
Design-Partner Program
Built with owner-operators, on real buys, in a real market.
BridleOS is in validation with independent dealers in the Moncton corridor. The first product — the AI True Local Value Calculator — is being tested on the founder's own auction purchases before it ships to partners.

I used to check the CRM at 11 pm so nothing sat overnight. The point of this is that nothing sits.
The approval gate is the feature. I want the AI fast, and I want to be the one who says yes on price.
If it only recommends cars I actually have, that alone fixes half my web-chat complaints.

FAQ
Questions dealers ask first.
Straight answers, including the ones where the honest answer is “not yet.”
What exactly is BridleOS?
An AI operating system for dealerships: a governed layer that answers leads, books service, matches customers to your live inventory and runs follow-ups — with a GM-controlled approval gate and a full audit trail.
Does it replace my CRM or DMS?
No. BridleOS sits on top of the systems you already run and does the typing, clicking and re-keying between them. Over time we are building core dealership software ourselves, but we never force a rip-and-replace.
Which channels does it cover?
SMS, email, web chat and inbound voice. Calls and voicemails are transcribed and triaged into the same governed queue as every other lead. BridleOS does not place outbound AI voice calls.
Will the AI make up a vehicle or a price?
No. Vehicle answers are restricted to your inventory table and cite the VIN. Price, payment and financing language is governed by rules you set, and anything outside them is escalated to a human instead of answered.
Where is our data stored?
In Canadian cloud regions by default. Your dealership's data is never used to train models.
Do you have SOC 2 certification?
Not yet. Controls are being implemented against the SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria, and we will publish the audit report when it is complete. We say “in progress” because that is the truth.
What does it cost?
Design-partner pricing is set per store during the program and is confirmed in writing before any work begins. There is no long-term contract during the program.
How long does setup take?
Inventory feed, CRM and inbox connections are typically completed in hours. Rule configuration and approval workflows are done with you in the first week.
What is the AI True Local Value Calculator?
The first BridleOS product. It blends Canadian Black Book values with local listing prices and days-on-market to predict what a car will actually sell for in your market, then subtracts recon, transport, fees and floorplan cost to give one maximum all-in bid before you raise a hand.
Who is behind BridleOS?
BridleOS was founded by Miriani Iremadze, a chemical engineering student and owner-operator of a licensed New Brunswick dealership. Bridle OS Inc. is a separate company from that dealership.
Stop being the integration layer.
See BridleOS run a lead, a service booking and a VIN match end-to-end on your own inventory — in a 30-minute demo.
